Polyphenylene sulfide plastic sheet (PPS plastic sheet),

Brief introduction

PPS plastic which also called Polyphenylene sulfide.On the primary key is extremely dense and sulfur atoms of benzene ring, thermoplastic resin is high rigidity, high crystallinity, have higher strength and modulus, products can be used in the 200 ~ 224 ℃, 250 ℃ under the main performance.

Brief introduction:

PEI plastic is characterized by high intensity, high rigidity, abrasion resistance and dimension stability.PEI plastic is a transparent solid of amber, which has inherent flame retardancy and low smoke intensity without adding any additives. The oxygen index is 47% and the combustion level is ul94-v-0.

PEI plastic is 1.28 ~ 1.42 g/cm3 density, glass transition temperature is 215 ℃, thermal deformation temperature of 198 ~ 208 ℃, can use for a long time under 160 ~ 180 ℃, allows intermittent maximum temperature of 200 ℃

PEI plastic has excellent mechanical strength, electric insulation, radiation resistance, high and low temperature resistance and fatigue resistance and molding processability;The addition of glass fiber, carbon fiber or other filler can enhance the modification purpose.

Brief introduction

PPO plastic is a special kind of engineering plastic, which has many features that other engineering plastics do not have:

1. Transparency: PPO plastic is one of the few transparent plastics;

2. Non-toxic: PPO plastic itself is less toxic and more suitable for food and medical applications;

3. Low temperature resistance: the low temperature of the PPO in the low temperature of minus 170 degrees centigrade, which is a lot of engineering plastic;

4. Low gravity: 1.08 g/cubic cm is slightly more dense than water;
